1. Return & Exchange Period
Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of receiving the product (based on the delivery date indicated in the parcel tracking system).
2. Eligibility and Item Condition
Products must be in 100% perfect condition, unwashed, unworn, unused, and unaltered in any way.
All product hang tags and price tags must remain attached, intact, undamaged, and untampered with.
Items must be returned in their original packaging, including the original box, dust bag, all complete accessories, and the original receipt or tax invoice.
3. Terms for Exchanges and Refunds
Product Exchange: You may exchange for the same item in a different size. If the item is out of stock, customers may choose to:
Exchange for another item of equal or higher value (by paying the difference).
Request a full refund.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items: Clearance sale items (discounted at 40% or more) and innerwear/socks (due to hygiene reasons) "cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances."
4. Shipping Costs and Responsibility
Damaged or Incorrect Items Sent by Merchant: The company will assume full responsibility for all shipping costs incurred for returning the item and dispatching the replacement product.
